IHCTM is authorized training centre for IATA/UFTAA Foundation, IATA/UFTAA Consultant and IATA/UFTAA Stepping into Management courses as well as IATA/FIATA Air Cargo Introductory, IATA/FIATA  Air Cargo Rating and IATA/FIATA Dangerous Goods Courses from IATA, Canada. In fact, IHCTM has the unique distinction of being the FIRST authorized training centre in the world out of more than 230 IATA authorized training centres to be authorized for all the 3 levels of the IATA/UFTAA as well as 3 levels of the IATA/FIATA programmes – a total of 6 IATA qualifications.

IATA/UFTAA & IATA/FIATA REGISTRATION FEES w.e.f 1st MAY 2009

The fees as indicated below are applicable for enrolments within India for Indian citizens only and comprising of IATA/UFTAA and IATA/FIATA registration fees comprising of course material, registration for examination with IATA and kit delivery charges. The fees are subject to amendments and alterations:

The IATA/FIATA Cargo Introductory and IATA/FIATA Air Cargo Rating programmes are valid for a duration of 18 months from the date of registration whereas the IATA/FIATA Dangerous Goods programme is valid for 12 months. The IATA/FIATA Dangerous Goods Refresher programme is applicable to those who will register within 2 years of successful completion of the IATA/FIATA Dangerous Goods examination OR else they would have to register for the IATA/FIATA Dangerous Goods Initial programme

  
     
 

TRAINING FEES for REGULAR courses with IHCTM (subject to minimum 10 participants) for Indian citizens only undergoing training with IHCTM.

 
     
 

1. Rs 25000 per participant for any one of the 4 levels of the IATA/UFTAA programme

2. Rs 20000 per participant for the IATA/FIATA Cargo Introductory

3. Rs 20000 per participant for the IATA/FIATA Air Cargo Rating

4. Rs 20000 per participant for the IATA/FIATA Dangerous Goods Course

5. Rs 2000 reduction will be given to IATA/FIATA Dangerous Goods refresher participant provided they have completed the IATA/FIATA Dangerous Goods Initial course with IHCTM

Important:

  • For those working in shifts, special batches can be arranged at additional fees, enquire with Course Director
  • Change of batch/centre allowed only prior to course commencement and payment of Rs 1000 and is subject to availability of seats/batches
  • Rs 1000 payable extra in case of instalment facilities
  • Each batch is limited to 15 participants only
  • INR fees for assisting in processing of registration fees subject to Bank Exchange Rates and rounded to higher Rs 500 to include the currency fluctuations, bank transfer and administrative charges as applicable
  • Kindly adhere to last dates of registrations for the IATA programmes. Late payment charges of Rs 1500 may apply for registration less than 4 weeks prior to deadlines set by ITDI.
